This charming two-bedroom apartment with stunning views is situated in the picturesque urbanization of Oasis de Capistrano, a private complex renowned for its beautifully landscaped gardens. Surrounded by palm trees, manicured lawns, and vibrant flowering plants, the area offers a colorful retreat year-round.

The apartment is accessed via a short flight of stairs leading to a small, well-maintained private garden and a south-facing terrace. Equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers, this outdoor space is perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring an open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen. The living room includes two cozy sofas, a TV with international channels, a DVD player, a dining table, and a music system. Free 5G WiFi and air conditioning/heating ensure a comfortable stay.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The double and twin bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes and ceiling fans, while the double bedroom also offers air conditioning/heating. The bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.

A partially covered terrace provides the flexibility to enjoy either sun or shade, making it ideal for warm summer days.

Guests have access to two communal pools: one for adults and a shallow children’s pool (40 cm deep), surrounded by grassy areas, shaded spots, and sun loungers. A poolside bar and restaurant are open from March to October, operating daily from 10h00 to 20h00. (please note the pools are non-heated).

Burriana Beach is just a 15-minute walk away, while Nerja town center can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot. A local bus service stops within two minutes of the apartment, and ample parking is available within the Oasis de Capistrano complex.

For larger groups, we also offer Tetuan 44, a one-bedroom apartment located just a few meters from Tetuan 6. Together, the two properties can accommodate up to eight guests.
