Booking and Payment Procedures

1. Availability

If you are interested in booking one of our properties please complete the enquiry form below. We will then forward confirmation of availability.

 

2. Reservation

Once we have confirmed availability of the requested property, you will be asked to complete a Booking form and forward the deposit to secure the reservation. Nerja Beach Holidays will hold the property for up to 5 working days while awaiting the deposit of 30% of the rental cost.

3. Confirmation of your Booking

On receipt of your completed Booking form and deposit Nerja Beach Holidays will forward a confirmation letter with final payment procedures. The final balance is required eight weeks prior to the rental start date. Should this date fall within 8 weeks of the booking date, full payment will be required to reserve the requested property.

 

Payments can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank transfer or PayPal.
