Description
This traditional 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet building, with elevator. As you enter the apartment, you will find the kitchen and the dining area, the living room with a TV with international channels, free WiFi and a sofa.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster. There is air conditioning / heating in the living room.

In the bedroom, there is a double size bed, plenty of storage and air conditioning / heating. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, wash basin and a washing machine.

There is a communal pool that you will be able to use which is open in June, July, August, opening hours: 10.30h to 14.30h and 16.30h to 20.30h.
In September the hours are 10.30h to 14.30h and 16.00h to 20.00h as there is a lifeguard.

The apartment is located in the city centre of Nerja and is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop right outside the building. Torrecilla beach is 450 metres by walk.
