Located in the highly sought-after Capistrano Playa urbanizacion, this spacious south-facing two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Accessed via stairs, the property includes a small garden overlooking a serene lagoon and fountain.

The interior features a large open-plan lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with appliances such as a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, and all essentials for a self-catering holiday.

The lounge is comfortably furnished with a sofa and chairs and offers international TV, a DVD player, and WiFi. The apartment has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with patio doors leading to a private south-facing terrace and a small lawned garden with beautiful sea views, and a twin bedroom. The master bedroom also includes a safe. Both bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

The property has two bathrooms - one with a bath and overhead shower and another with a walk-in shower cubicle.
Thanks to its south-facing position, the apartment enjoys ample sunlight until late afternoon. Evenings can be spent dining al fresco on the terrace or enjoying a BBQ.

The Capistrano Playa complex features two communal pools: one for adults and a shallow children’s splash pool (40 cm depth), surrounded by grassy areas, shaded spots, and sun loungers for hire. There’s also a snack bar by the pool. The pools (non-heated) are open from March to October, 10h00 to 20h00.

Burriana Beach is just a few minutes’ walk through the complex’s tropical gardens. The beach offers a lively promenade with restaurants, bars, shops, and summer watersports, including kayaking, parasailing, jet skis, diving, and pedal boats. Additional amenities include sunbeds, showers, children’s play areas, and volleyball courts. The iconic Balcón de Europa is approximately a 20-minute walk away.

Please note that while the urbanizacion has a lift, this particular apartment is not suitable for guests with mobility issues or wheelchair users due to its location.
A regular local bus service is available just a short walk from the apartment, providing convenient access to nearby attractions.
