Access to this apartment is very easy with very few stairs and nearby parking. Once inside the apartment you are afforded fantastic views from the private south easterly sun terrace. The apartment offers an open plan living room, dining area and fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and all the usual appliances required for a self-catering holiday, including a washing machine.

The lounge is furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs and has TV with International channels and Sky TV channels. There is also free WiFi in this apartment. The apartment has air conditioning / heating in the lounge and bedroom.

The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto the private terrace which is furnished with table, chairs and sun recliners and offers an ideal area for sunbathing or dining al fresco. The bathroom is very spacious with bath, separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

The complex has 2 communal pools, 1 for adults and 1 splash pool for children with a depth of 40cm, with grass and shaded areas as well as sun loungers for hire. There is also a snack bar by the pool. 

Communal pool (non-heated), open from beginning of March to end of October from 10h to 20h.

To access Burriana Beach, it’s only a few minutes walk down through Capistrano Playa’s tropical gardens. This will lead you to the beach front with promenade, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a host of water sports in the summer months (kayak, parasailing, diving centre, jet skis, pedalos and more). Burriana Beach has showers, sunbeds, children's play areas, volleyball courts. Balcon de Europa is approximately 20 minutes walk away. There is a regular local bus service within a few minutes walk from the apartment.
