Inside the property is a large open plan lounge, dining area and fully furnished kitchen with fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine.

The lounge is furnished with a sofa and chairs. There is international TV and free WiFi. The apartment has two bedrooms - one master bedroom and one twin room with two single beds.

The master bedroom has patio doors opening out onto the private south facing terrace. A safe is also provided in the Master bedroom. Both of the bedrooms and the lounge area benefit have air conditioning / heating.

The twin room has 2 single beds and storage.

The property has two bathrooms, one with bath and overhead shower, the other has a walk in shower cubicle.

The terrace is equipped with a dining table, chairs, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue.

The Capistrano Playa complex does have a lift / elevator but due to the location of this apartment is not suitable for those with walking disabilities or those using wheelchairs.

The complex has 2 communal pools, 1 for adults and 1 splash pool for children with a depth of 40cm, with grass and shaded areas as well as sun loungers for hire. There is also a snack bar by the pool. 

Communal pool (non-heated), open from beginning of March to end of October from 10h to 20h.

To access Burriana Beach, it’s only a few minutes walk down through Capistrano Playa’s tropical gardens. This will lead you to the beach front with promenade, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a host of watersports in the summer months (kayak, parasailing, diving centre, jet skis, pedalos and more). Burriana Beach has showers, sunbeds, children's play areas, volleyball courts. Balcon de Europa is approximately 20 minutes walk away. There is a regular local bus service within a few minutes walk from the apartment.
