The kitchen is fully equipped with new hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

There is one bathroom with shower and one with bath tub. In the bigger bathroom there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

There is also a plancha for outdoor use.

The complex has 2 communal pools, 1 for adults and 1 splash pool for children with a depth of 40cm, with grass and shaded areas as well as sun loungers for hire. There is also a snack bar by the pool. 

Communal pool (non-heated), open from beginning of March to end of October from 10h to 20h.

To access burriana beach, it’s only a few minutes walk down through Capistrano playa’s tropical gardens. This will lead you to the beach front with promenade, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a host of watersports in the summer months (kayak, parasailing, diving centre, jet skis, pedalos and more). Burriana beach has showers, sunbeds, children's play areas, volleyball courts. Balcon de Europa is approximately 20 minutes walk away. There is a regular local bus service within a few minutes walk from the apartment.
