This charming 1 bedroom apartment is located within the highly desirable Capistrano Playa urbanizacion, which is designed in traditional Andalucian style and offers stunning views of Burriana Beach. Featuring a spacious south-facing terrace, guests can enjoy panoramic views of lush gardens and the Mediterranean Sea.

The open-plan living/dining area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, seating area, and a dining table. For added comfort, there is air conditioning throughout. Patio doors lead out to the private terrace, which is furnished with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.
There is a small flat-screen TV with chromecast that allows you to stream content and programs from your own devices. A blue-tooth speaker unit that you can stream music and radio to is also there All of this is accessible through the apartment's free wifi network.
The apartment has electronic keys for your private access to the swimming pools and gate to the beach.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and all the necessary appliances for a self-catering stay.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed and offers breathtaking sea views through the patio doors leading to the terrace. The room also includes a spacious wardrobe with a safe and an air conditioning unit for added comfort.

The urbanizacion boasts two communal pools - one for adults and a shallow splash pool for children (with a depth of 40cm). Surrounding the pools are grassed areas, shaded spots, and sun loungers available for rent. A snack bar by the pool offers refreshments during the warmer months. The pools are open daily from 10h00 to 20h00, from March to October.

The apartment is just a short walk through Capistrano Playa’s beautiful tropical gardens to Burriana Beach. The beach offers a wide range of activities, including watersports (kayaking, parasailing, jet skis, diving, pedal boats, etc.), as well as numerous beachfront restaurants, bars, and shops. Additional amenities on the beach include showers, sunbeds, children’s play areas, and volleyball courts. The popular Balcón de Europa is a 20-minute walk away, and a local bus stop is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
